The following, which was moved to the bottom of the calendar (page                                  
3581), was read the third time:                                                                     
                                                                                                    
    SENATE BILL NO. 265                                                                             
    "An Act increasing the total amount of bonds and notes that the                                 
    Alaska Municipal Bond Bank Authority may have outstanding;                                      
    and providing for an effective date."                                                           
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall SB 265 pass the House?"  The roll was
